Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "TOS") govern all contractual relationships between OTT Premium Plus (hereinafter "the Provider") and any adult natural person or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") making a purchase on the platform ottpremiumplus.com.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TOS, which prevail over any other document of the Client, unless previously agreed in writing by the Provider.

These TOS are governed by French law and are accessible at any time on the site. OTT Premium Plus reserves the right to modify them at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication.

OTT Premium Plus offers the following digital streaming subscription services:

• Starter & Basic Packs: access to high-definition IPTV streams, VOD movies & series
• Standard & Infinity Packs: full access to 20,000+ live channels in 4K/FHD with Anti-Freeze stability

Detailed descriptions of each plan (channels, screen limits, quality) are available on the main page of the platform.

Prices listed on the platform are expressed in dollars ($) including all taxes. OTT Premium Plus reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.

• One-time Payment: amount charged immediately upon order validation

Payments are securely processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 standard). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after each payment.

The order is validated after the following steps:

• Select your plan and click "Order Now"
• Create or log in to your OTT Premium Plus account
• Enter and validate your payment details
• Receive the confirmation email with your activation code and instructions

Access to streaming services is opened immediately after payment confirmation, 24/7, from any connected device (Smart TV, computer, tablet, smartphone).

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By completing your order, you expressly acknowledge having waived your right of withdrawal and accept that the supply of service begins immediately.

By accessing our courses, the Client agrees to:

• Use the contents exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share login credentials with third parties
• Not reproduce, download, distribute, or resell all or part of the educational content
• Not bypass the technical protection measures in place (DRM, watermarking)
• Respect rules of good conduct on community spaces (forums, comments)

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of access without refund, and legal proceedings for infringement or unfair competition.

All contents offered on the platform (graphics, logos, player interfaces, streaming streams) are protected by copyright and belong exclusively to OTT Premium Plus or its partner authors who have assigned their rights.

The purchase of a subscription grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use on the service, solely for personal use. No transfer of intellectual property rights is included.

OTT Premium Plus agrees to implement all reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of its services (Anti-Freeze technology with 99.9% uptime).

• OTT Premium Plus cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or the Client's internet connection issues.
• Our liability is in any event limited to the amount paid by the Client for the subscription concerned.

OTT Premium Plus reserves the right to terminate or suspend access of a Client in case of:

• Non-payment or fraudulent payment
• Violation of these TOS or the platform's terms of use
• Abusive behavior toward the team or community
• Attempt to bypass technical protection measures for content

In the event of termination for a legitimate reason attributable to the Client, no refund will be made. The Client will be notified by email with the reasons for the decision.

These TOS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution within 30 days.

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can use the consumer mediation service for free:

The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
